HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The owner, Dennis Clarkson is a mean person! They ruined two pair of brand new Wrangler jeans by crushing the snaps. First they offered to fix by replacing snaps with velcro. Really?? Then putting in buttons. Come on! Then after failing to return my phone call I call him and find out they have sent them out to have snaps replaced. Great, as long as they look good and normal when I pick them up. Owner would not let me speak. Was RUDE and hung up on me. They have never used the person they sent the jeans to and was trying to tell him that if they aren't correct it will not be a good solution. Apparently he is not good to work for either, employees are afraid of him. What an AWFUL small business man! I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW HE TREATED ME!! When my husband called him back because he had disrespected me Dennis Clarkson told my husband he didn't have time to F&*% with it!!!
Took 5 pairs of jeans to be hemmedand a sweater to be cleaned was told price was 11 dollars per pair of pants I told them I did not want them cleaned just hemmed the woman at the desk was obviously on drugs couldn't even write my phone number and name down correctly she had to keep redoing the ticket when I went to pick them up which was 4 days after the date she gave me they decided to charge me double the price they said because they dry cleaned the pants which I had specifically didn't want done they gave me the owners number he won't even answer the phone don't go here
Not happy with VIP Cleaners in Canton. Certainly will not have my business in the future. Dropped something off TUESDAY to be hemmed and pressed. I made it very clear that I needed it FRIDAY and was told that would not be a problem. Checked yesterday and they said it had been hemmed, and it would be ready this AM. Went this AM and it had just left to be altered. They call the alteration lady and she rushed to get it back to them and I picked it up without being pressed and it smells like an ashtray. I try to give local businesses my money because I support small business, but this is one that will no longer get my business. On top of that they were very rude about it and did not try to find a solution.
Was going to try them but after reading the reviews decided no way!
