So not go here!!!! You will be better helped at an ER! Went in with my infant because we are both running high fever and the Dr tells me to get a humidifier. Are you joking that's it then she tells me to use saline drops and told me to have nice day and left the room my son and I are still both miserable and unhelped by this sorry excuse of a drs office
Took my daughter in on a Sunday for spot above her. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours I get it was a Sunday but ridiculous. Finally get to go back and see a PA, I'm fine with seeing a PA we talk she check the spot tells me it's staff OK writes rx. I notice it getting worse take her to her Dr come to find out it was not staff yet something worse. After a week of the wrong meds we finally got the right one now the spots getting better. Not to mention this wasn't the first time we received a wrong diagnosis from that clinic. We had taken our son in for a stomach ache they told us he had a blockage get to the er in Tyler, Dr there laughed because all he had was bad gas pain. ( Dr at er laughed at Dr in clinic because he didn't know what he read on the x-ray) told us it wasn't the first time they'd done something like that.
The employees, are extremely nice and helpful. I have never had to wait over 35 minutes. I usually take a book to read.
