I have been trying to sign on to my account using the new system and have not been able to do so. I entered all of my information correctly. Now I am blocked. I tried to start a new login and it said it would text me a code and has not done so. It gave me a number to call, I called and stayed on hold for an hour and finally gave up. I need to have access to my account. I have been a customer with this bank for over 13 years and have always had good service and have been taken care of quickly. I do not understand why the service is so bad today.
